Today I present this simple dessert cake Campagnola, the recipe I found in this blog http://dolciricette.blogspot . com / , is delicious and fluffy .... here are the ingredients
300 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
2 eggs
a coffee cup of olive oil
1 package yeast vanilla
lemon juice and grated rind of one lemon
3-4 cups of coffee milk
100 grams of raisins ( optional)
procedure worked in a bowl the egg yolks with sugar, add oil, lemon juice and little by little cups flour alternately with milk, to obtain a soft mixture. Still stirring, add the grated rind of lemon, egg whites beaten stiff and wanting to 100 grams of raisins and finally the yeast.
Pour into a buttered cake tin and bake for about 30 min. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
