Today I present this simple dessert cake Campagnola, the recipe I found in this blog http://dolciricette.blogspot . com / , is delicious and fluffy .... here are the ingredients
300 grams of flour
150 grams of sugar
2 eggs
a coffee cup of olive oil
1 package yeast vanilla
lemon juice and grated rind of one lemon
3-4 cups of coffee milk
100 grams of raisins ( optional)

Today I offer this recipe found on the rivista mensile Sale & Pepe del mese di Febbraio.
Mini tortine con yogurt e frutta, soffici sfiziose e leggerissime.
Ingredienti
60 gr di farina
mezzo cucchiaino di lievito vanigliato per dolci.
un pizzico di sale
40 gr di zucchero di canna
1 uovo
3 cucchiai di olio di semi di arachidi (ho usato l'evo)
100 gr di yogurt thin
3 apples
50 grams of raisins
grattugiatta a zest of one lemon
Preparation
Mix in a bowl the flour with half a teaspoon of yeast for sweet vanilla, a pinch of salt and brown sugar, and mix together one egg, 3 tablespoons peanut oil seeds and yogurt. Add peeled and diced apples, raisins and sultanas amorbidita the grated rind of a lemon. Mix well, pour it into muffin paper cups and bake in preheated oven heat to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, checking the area with a toothpick. Let the cookies cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 4.
